Environmental Monitoring System
Environmental monitoring at Serravalle Designer Outlet
McArthurGlen Serravalle Designer Outlet continues its journey toward increasingly sustainable management with the release of its Sustainability Statement 2024, marking the evolution of actions undertaken in recent years and culminating in the goal of achieving BREEAM In Use v.6 – Commercial certification for both Part 1 and Part 2.
This initiative is part of the Group’s EVOLVE program — McArthurGlen’s sustainability strategy built around six key focus areas and three guiding principles:
-
Reducing environmental impact,
-
Enhancing positive contributions to local communities,
-
Promoting sustainable practices across all aspects of the business.
