We have 12 new Tesla Superchargers, all located at the North Car Park on the left-hand side. All units include universal charging for all types of electric vehicles.

How do I charge if I don't drive a Tesla vehicle?
• Download the Tesla app (version 4.30.5 or later) for iOS or Android and create a Tesla Account.
• Select ‘Charge Your EV’ and find your Supercharger site.
• Tap the ‘Add Your Vehicle Details’ banner and add your details.
• Add your payment method and follow the prompts.
• When you are finished, select ‘Stop Charging’ to complete your session.

How do I pay for Supercharging?
• You can pay directly at the Supercharger using a major credit card, a mobile payment service or text-to-pay.
• To make a payment at the Supercharging post with a credit card, follow the Supercharging steps, plug in your vehicle and tap your credit card on the payment terminal.
• Your vehicle will begin charging once your credit card payment is accepted.
• To make a Supercharging payment with text-to-pay, text “Pay” to 48717 and follow the prompts.
RAW Charging with ChargePoint
We have 14 ChargePoint spaces, with 6 in our Main car park to the right of Clarks and the other 8 in our South car park, to the right of the bridge walkway leading to Odeon.
All units include universal charging for all types of electric vehicles, allowing charge in as little as 3 hours for most cars.
The price to charge is £0.60p per kWh (this is subject to market fluctuations) and a £1.00 flat usage fee.
For a more hassle free visit we advise customers to download and register with the ChargePoint App ahead of visiting.
