On-site car valet
Visit our on-site car valeting service located in our main car park. Whether you are looking for a full valet or just a waashm they offer all the necessary services.
EV Charging
Charge whilst you shop! We have EV charging operated by Chargepoint (located at front of centre near M&S and in our overflow car park) and also dedicated Tesla Superchargers (located in North section of our car park, please follow signage).

Disabled Parking Availability
Disabled parking spaces are located in our car parks.
Changing Places
Designed to support families and carers of disabled people who require the use of a hoist, changing bench and/or a centrally located toilet. You can find our Changing Places facility located at Guest Services, next to Clarks.
Mobility hire
Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available to hire from Guest Services free of charge.
Sign Live
Visit our Guest Experience team for support in using the SignLive British Sign Language interpretation service.
