Our car park fees are free for the first 15 minutes then £2.50 for up to 5 hours, £12 thereafter.

Direct coach services to Swindon Bus Station are operated daily by National Express, departing from London Victoria, Oxford, Northampton, Brackley, Bristol, Gloucester & more.

Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available to hire from Guest Services free of charge. 

Visit our Guest Experience team for support in using the SignLive British Sign Language interpretation service. 

We have worked with AccessAble so you can find out about our facilities, including Changing Places, before you visit. 

We are excited to offer a quieter shoping experience every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. 

Changing facilities can be found in all toilet locations. 

Travel in style with our kiddy cars, available by Guest Services at the North Entrance or by the Food Quarter. 

Forgotten your pushchair? Strollers can be hired from Guest Services free of charge. 

Bring the little ones along and let them run out all of their energy in between shopping in our playground, located by Starbucks.

Our ATM can be found outside the main entrance next to Kouzina Greek.
