SANTA'S LODGE
The Magic Of Christmas Starts Now
At Santa’s Lodge, you will learn all about the big man in red himself, Santa! Where did he learn the twinkling tricks of the trade? What is the knack behind the signature ‘Ho-Ho-Ho’? How does he really get around the world in one night?
This festive season, Ashford Designer Outlet will open the doors to Santa’s Lodge from 29th November. Step into the cosy cabin for a 30 minute experience and meet the cheeky elves for some fun and games.
The tickets for our Santa’s Lodge experience are £5 per child. All proceeds will be donated to our charity partner of the year, Singlton Environment Center.
Week 1 - Reindeer Academy
Recieve your very own Reindeer checklist, get ready to choose your reindeer name, and best antler show and what your reindeer should eat!
Week 2 - North Pole Postal
Help sort the magical post, create your wish list and get it stamped
by our elves.
Week 3 - Make Me An Elf
Earn your elf sticker by learning the elf oath.
Week 4 - Toymaker Elf
Learn how toys are made in Santa’s workshop, design your own and conduct some toy testing to rank your favourite.
Please note, we do not offer a gift as part of this ticket.
Opening Times
Santa’s Lodge opens on Saturday 29th November from 12pm to 5pm and will be open every day throughout December.
SEND Sessions
SEND Sessions will be available every Monday and will be the first and last session of the day from 1st December to 22 December.
These sessions are designed for children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), taking place in a quieter and calmer environment.

Our Christmas Market is back this year, bigger, brighter, and better than ever! We’re thrilled to unveil an expanded Christmas Market right in the heart of Polo Square. He’s mean, he’s green… and he’s here! The Grinch is making a mischievous appearance at Ashford Designer Outlet this Christmas!
