There are daily bus routes to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands from Birmingham City Centre, Lichfield and Burntwood.

Enjoy free parking in our car parks. 

Train

Cannock Train Station is also just a short walk from the centre. Follow all signs pointing to McArthurGlen West Midlands.

Electric car charging

There are a total of 26 charging point parking bays - 16 located in car park B, 8 in car park D and a further 2 disabled charging point bays located within Car Park C.

Mobility Hire

Your comfort and convenience matter to us. We offer complimentary wheelchair and stroller rentals at our Guest Services desk. 

Changing Places

A fully equipped Changing Places facility is available for convenience and comfort. 

SignLive

Visit our Guest Experience team for support in using the SignLive British Sign Language interpretation service.

We have designated disabled parking bays available close to all main entrances. We also have extra-wide parent & child parking bays for your convenience.
