February Prize Draw T&Cs

Effective 1 February - 28 February 2026

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in your chosen Outlet’s QR code prize draw promotion (the “Gift Card Prize Draw”). The operator of the Gift Card Prize Draw is McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands, Eastern Way, Cannock, WS11 7JZ (“we” or “us” or the “Operator”).
2. In order to enter the draw, you must have a purchased a £50 gift card for one entry into the Gift Card Prize Draw and every additional £50 gift card is another entry
3. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you, the competition entrant, confirm that you are not sanctioned in accordance with sanctions laws in the United Kingdom, European Union or Canada. 
4. For the avoidance of doubt, you need to head to Guest Services to purchase a £50 gift card to enter. Each £50 gift card purchased is another entry into the draw.   
5. You may enter the prize draw from 09:00 am on 1 February 2026 until the last day of entry, 20:00 (GMT) on 28 February 2026.  This McArthurGlen Gift Card Prize Draw will close at 20:00 (GMT) on the last day of entry (“Closing Date”).
6. A winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer within 7 (seven) days the Closing Date. A winner will be contacted by the Guest Services Team by the email address provided when they purchased their gift card; they will have 7 (seven) days’ to respond to the Guest Services Team  to claim their prize of the luxury spa day at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. If a winner does not respond within these timeframes, a new winner will be chosen.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, you may enter the gift card Prize Draw in as many times as you like. However, winners must be available to attend The Belfry Hotel & Resort to claim your luxury spa day.
8. The Operator is not permitted to participate in this promotion.
9. The Operator accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
10. The Operator Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. The Operator Gift Card is only redeemable at any McArthurGlen Outlet within the UK.
11. The decision of the Operator regarding any aspect of the McArthurGlen Gift Card Prize Draw is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered.
12. The Operator must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Operator will send the surname and county of major prize winners and confirmation of the number of valid QR entries, to anyone who e-mails hello@designeroutletwestmidlands.com or writes to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands, Eastern Way, Lichfield Rd, Cannock, WS11 7JZ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 (one) month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname and/or county being published or made available, please send an e-mail to hello@designeroutletwestmidlands.com or write to the address set out earlier in this paragraph 16. In such circumstances, the Operator must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Operator reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award prizes, to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
14. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Operator, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the taking up of a prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Operator, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promotor’s Privacy Policy, which you can view here.
17. This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
