We offer plenty of parking, including a multi-story car park. The first 30 minutes are free - just drive through without stopping. A full day costs €7.00, payable by card or cash.

For just €12.50 per day, you can book and reserve our premium parking spaces close to our main entrance at Guest Services and receive a range of additional benefits, which you will receive on presentation of your reservation at Guest Services.

Charge your electric car at our designated spots with Blink charging stations in Parking P1, P2, and Premium Parking. Simply scan an accepted charging card or the QR code on the station for direct payment and pricing information while you shop.

We offer special advantages for groups of 15 or more arriving by coach. Each group member will receive a Fashion Passport (offering 10% additional discount off the outlet price on select items, in selected stores). For the tour guide and bus driver, we offer a lunch voucher, and the coach parking is for free.

Take advantage of the NS Spoordeel offer, order a day return ticket with the train to Designer Outlet Roermond and also save on your favorite designer brands.

Wheelchairs are available to hire for free during your visit to the centre. The deposit fee is €50.00

Restrooms are equipped with baby changing facilities to change nappies and provide breast-feeding to your baby. The Guest Services info desk offers free nappies on request in case you have forgotten these at home or when the vending machines on locations are empty.

Need a buggy? We offer free rentals for little ones up to 22 kg at Guest Services (with a €150 deposit). For older kids, rent a fun Kiddy Car for €9 per day (€15 deposit). Just scan the QR code to pay by card.

Little shoppers can enjoy our playground while parents relax with a coffee from Starbucks or churros from Frankie’s. Open to kids aged 3–10, with a covered area for rainy days.

Please note: the playground is not supervised, and parents are in charge of their children. Usage of this playground is always at your own risk.
