Meet our leadership team
McArthurGlen was founded by the Kaempfer partners in 1993. Two years later, we opened Europe's first designer outlet, Cheshire Oaks in the UK, quickly followed by Troyes in France in the same year.
Ever since, we have continued to lead the outlet sector in Europe. Today, our portfolio comprises more than 600K sqm of GLA across 22 major shopping destinations, with a significant presence in six European markets (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain), the UK and Canada.
In 2013, McArthurGlen became a joint venture between the Kaempfer Partners and Simon Property Group Co. (NYSE SPG), a global leader in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations.
