Opened in 2015, Designer Outlet Vancouver is our first centre in North America. A third phase expansion is in planning, introducing 18 new stores.

As the birthplace of so many iconic luxury fashion houses, it is no surprise that our centres in Italy offer guests their pick of the most sought-after premium and luxury brands. And this is soon to be even more, with a fourth phase at Castel Romano under consideration, which would add an additional 30 stores.
Our Dutch centres provide a haven for guests seeking top brands at great prices, while enjoying the very best hospitality. Roermond is routinely named Europe's best performing outlet, while Roosendaal is in preliminary discussions for a third phase expansion.
Opened in 2020, Designer Outlet Málaga is the first designer outlet in the south of Spain, and marked McArthurGlen's debut into the Spanish market. A major expansion project is in planning, which will see an additional 70 stores introduced to the centre in phases.
The UK is home to McArthurGlen's first ever outlet centre, Cheshire Oaks, which opened in 1995. Since then, our portfolio of UK centres has continued to grow, and now numbers 6 must-visit shopping destinations. Opened in 2021, our West Midlands centre is set for a second phase expansion, adding up to 25 new stores to the centre alongside a street food and commercialisation quarter.
