Our Austrian centres bring together leading local and international brands in destinations thoughtfully designed for discovery.
Opened in 2015, Designer Outlet Vancouver marked our entry into North America. The centre continues to grow, with further expansion planned to introduce new stores.
France is home to some of our earliest roots – Troyes, opened in 1995 – and our newest destination – Paris-Giverny, opened in 2023. Across four centres, a curated mix of international names, French maisons and independent brands creates experiences shaped by craft, culture and enduring style.
Our German destinations are popular with locals and international visitors alike, combining a carefully curated selection of brands with welcoming, experience-led environments. Each centre is designed to encourage exploration and connection.
In the home of many of the world’s most iconic fashion houses, our Italian centres showcase a refined mix of premium and luxury brands. Continued investment, including further expansion at Castel Romano, reflects our commitment to the region.
Our Dutch centres combine sought-after brands with a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience. Roermond is consistently recognised as high-performing, and there are exciting expansion plans ahead for Roosendaal.
Designer Outlet Málaga marked our debut in Spain in 2020, and the first designer outlet in the south of the country. Expansion plans will bring new brands and experiences to the destination in the years ahead.
The UK is where it all began with the opening of Cheshire Oaks in 1995, and it remains central to our story. Today, six destinations serve communities nationwide, with continued investment – including the expansion of our West Midlands centre – shaping the next chapter of growth.
